Specifically I would like to name the 3 men: Ryan, Gerald, and Rich. As a team, they were excellent. Their patience and hard work were noteworthy as we asked them to moves items from our old office to three separate locations. All items were treated carefully and arrived at their destinations unscathed. Ryan efficiently took apart our sofa that has two reclining ends and then put it together again at our home. As Patrick noted, we greatly appreciated their respect for the need for quiet in a suite of psychotherapy offices. In addition, they were very polite and friendly and it really felt like the five of us were working as a team. They went above and beyond through little things, like writing a "FREE" sign and putting it on the old sofa they moved out of our house to the street. It was all these big and little things that made our moving day so smooth, and reduced our stress significantly. We hope their hard work is acknowledged by management. When CDW hired us to project manage a Cisco Telepresence install and then asked if we could safely move the equipment from one office to another building across town your team came through.
This project required understanding the sensitivity of moving very expensive, delicate yet large pieces that really only a professional could handle with care. Your team was confidant, prepared and obviously experts in moving Cisco Telepresence technology and executed flawlessly.

It is with great pleasure that I write to you on behalf of Troop 517. Once again your extremely generous donation in providing transportation and storage along with office furnishings from valued clients became a large part of our successful fund raiser.
Our troop has increased in size since our last fund raiser and we have been able to support the financial portion of our program without loosing sight of the gratitude that our Troop has for your generosity.
We have been able to purchase much needed camping equipment and defray costs on some of our trips. By having proper funding we make the program affordable to all especially families that are in financial trouble. If not for fundraising, some families would find it difficult and not be able to afford their sons take part in Scouting.
Our unit has seen steady growth in the number of boys entering our program and we anticipate increasing membership another 20% by the New Year. We are looking forward and hoping to continue our success and partnering with you in helping us achieve this worthy cause by supporting the Boy Scouts of America.

We contacted RecordGuard and in a few days received a proposal for service that was significantly lower than what the company we were using had been charging.
